Terms and conditions for transport branch

Stichting Vervoeradres facilitates the logistics chain with widely accepted bilateral general terms and conditions (such as the Algemene Vervoerscondities - AVC 2002).  Bilateral means that the conditions are well-balanced for both the sender (shipper) and the carrier. 

AVC 2002

The general terms and conditions for transport of goods by road are called AVC 2002. These conditions are used for national and international road transport in addition to CMR.
