The BV2016 are General Conditions for the carriage of goods by inland waterway. The BV2016 have been filed with the clerk of the District Court of Rotterdam under number 35/2016. Either you can download the English version or you can specify the hyperlink www.sva.nl/BV2016/en on your website or in your emails.
Language
The BV 2016 are drawn up in Dutch. If these general conditions are made available in a different language and they differ or are contrary to the BV 2016 in Dutch, the BV 2016 in Dutch will prevail.
